Our kitchen places particular emphasis on Bavarian products as well as meat and game from the region.
In addition to crisp salads, our menu also includes vegetarian dishes from South Tyrolean cuisine.
If you request in advance, we will also be happy to prepare a vegan dish for you. We also offer lunch dishes that change daily.
